  • Dragon and the Dragonfly

    £960.00

Original oil painting on floating canvas with painted sides. Ready to hand with fixed wire chord.

The Dragon was first sculpted in clay, then painted from there, to help inspire an original type of Dragon. I love the colour purple and felt this would make a vibrant colour for a Dragon. P.S All my Dragon’s are well tempered and friendly!

Size: 40 cm x 30 cm the sides are 4 cm in width.

High quality prints available under cards and prints.

  • Waiting by Malcolm Crocker

    £300.00

The image shows a place where something might be about to happen. A strange construction sits in a large, deep and rocky hole. It’s connected to things around it and waits…

  • Solution by Malcolm Crocker

    £400.00

Speculation on how life might evolve was the starting point for this image. I’ve tried to create a strange building/being that might have grown from a seed! It’s not that silly. We have lots of wooden buildings and structures although there aren’t many that go for walks!

  • Searching and Changing by Malcolm Crocker.

    £450.00

In this painting I’ve assemble a weird collection of things. Somehow they come together and are propelled above an undefined landscape. Probably not something we’ll see here any time soon but who knows what the future will bring?

  • Green Revival by Malcolm Crocker

    £600.00

Here is a view across a strange and maybe a beautiful place. There’s lots to see but it’s difficult to understand exactly what. There are trees and greenery, steep slopes, structures and possible indications of  earlier buildings showing through the green surface. What do you think?

  • Geometry by Malcolm Crocker

    £300.00

In this painting I’m contemplating a landscape which might be from the distant past or future. I’m thinking about unknown histories leaving different marks, structures and artefacts across long periods of time. Who knows what has and will go on here?

  • Zooming by Malcolm Crocker.

    £450.00

For me, this picture looks like stone and plant life connecting in some kind of strange meeting. I’ve used ‘Zooming’ as the title because something important could be under discussion although finding out what it is might be proving difficult. I find it’s often difficult to follow threads when Zooming because of too many interruptions!

  • New Way no Way by Malcolm Crocker.

    £650.00
    • Inspired by a trip to Cappadocia in Turkey with its arid and rocky landscapes. There are many centuries of occupation in the rock, leaving marks openings and architecture on the surface and beneath the ground. This strange arched landform is an interpretation of these things but you won’t find anything quite like it if you visit Cappadocia.
