Delivery

Any purchases made on the website will be delivered to the address as specified by you. You are responsible to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery of the artwork. If there are any difficulties regarding delivery, you will be contacted by phone or email to make further arrangements.

The price of delivery is free for most things in the UK if it is delivered Monday to Friday. There can be a charge for sculptures and some other items, but you will be informed if this is the case during the checkout process.  There might also be a extra charge for weekend and Bank Holiday deliveries. Please contact us regarding this or any other queries. There will be an extra charge for deliveries for overseas orders.

Payment should be made online for all online purchases or direct to the artist when dealing with them. Full payment must be made before products are dispatched.

Returns and refunds:

If you buy any art online, you have 14 days from the date you receive the artwork to change your mind. The only exception to this is if you commission any artwork yourself.

Returns should be made in original packaging where possible and sent back to the artist by courier insured. The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the artwork to the artist. The artist must receive the artwork back within 21 days of you receiving it.

Damaged Artwork:

If you suspect the artwork might be damaged on delivery, please let the carrier know. If it is damaged, you must let us know either by contacting us on 07941 459384 or by email: info@artgallerysw.co.uk .
