I have found art in 2016,whilst i was on a intensive six weeks treatment program at Combat stress for Post traumatic stress disorder from serving in Iraq and Afghanistan ,as a combat medical technician /team medic use my art as a therapy I am a self taught artist.mainly use acrylic and watercolor paint on paper .I have also used graphite ,charcoal and oil pastels as a medium
