Soft pastel painting of Burnham-On-Sea in Somerset (UK) at low tide and on a cloudy afternoon. I wanted to catch the interesting mood created by fleeting clouds on the sand, the road and the row of sea front houses with the pier in the middle a bright white spot. Not actually a seascape nor street art, this painting offers the viewer an interesting combination of urban and natural elements which, together, create the typical atmosphere of this small, often overlooked sea town.
The picture has a white mount and comes in a brown frame matching the dominant colours of the painting.
