Description
Limited edition print of an elegant winter evening scene in a Japanese style – two magpies sitting on a tree in the moonshine with snow silently falling.
The original acrylic painting was done on a slab of slate, and the texture of the slate is visible through the paint and gives the idea of soft sleat mixed with the falling snow. The unusual format – long and narrow – makes it easy to find a space on any wall. Though the colours are rather dark, the atmosphere is positively calm and soothing.
The print comes in a grey mount and measures 46cm x 28cm
