It has been a long time,  The mast was lost and the boat took on water fast.  It has been a long very uncomfortable time spent in the life raft but at least they all had got off the yacht in time.   At last this large vessel had seen them and they had managed to catch rope thrown to them.  Now the long climb up the side of the vessel and safety.

I spent some years sailing and although I never had to this in anger, I  have had a go in practice sessions and it was very hard work.
