Description
Inspired by a field near St. Margaret’s Bay, Kent, UK. The big round bales of hay in the hills looked just so beautiful, I had to stop and take some pictures and I instantly knew this would be my next print to carve. In this work, I wanted to capture the Zen-ness of British country and seaside life. I simplified the field texture and created traditional zen garden like lines which I find incredibly peaceful and powerful at the same time. I also added my signature cloud texture for the timeless feel. I hope this print brings the peace and calmness to your home, and the breeze of kindness that I felt the moment I was standing in this beautiful field.
