Veronica Gosling was vaguely educated in America and England, worked as a journalist for a short while,   published 5 novels before the family moved from London to the Forest of Dean where she took up sculpture, assemblage, painting and pottery decoration. She started and ran an informal gallery, THE BARN AT HAY FARM, inviting other artists to show imaginative and experimental work.

She moved to Exeter  14 years ago & set up Studio 36, which now has a  wild sculpture garden and three galleries.  .  She  relates to  discarded objects including bicycles (that can be seen hanging from trees), and organises occasional fun and experimental events,  collaborating with   interesting  writers, artists and musicians and is open to further ideas!
