Rosie Cunningham attended Plymouth College of Art and Design, after which she travelled extensively throughout Europe, USA and the Far East.
Rosie’s art is collected globally and can be found in homes throughout France, Italy, Switzerland, Australia, Lanzarote and the UK.
Her love of bright, vibrant colour can be seen throughout her work and in particular it predominates in her quirky figurative character pieces. Acrylic is Rosie’s preferred medium but she also likes to incorporate gold leaf, glitter, sand and other substances within her abstract art, giving it depth and texture.
Recently she has been exploring mannequin art. Repurposing these discarded mannequins is for Rosie a creative solution to minimising the use of new materials whilst making a fun and quirky piece of art.
