IAN HEDLEY

Ian Hedley is a graphite artist from Dorset, on the south coast of England. He is self-taught and takes much of his inspiration from the beautiful natural landscapes in this beautiful area. His work is sold and exhibited across Dorset. Ian’s portraits have gained national recognition from the Society for Graphic Fine Art.

Ian Hedley’s landscapes capture the movement of the sea and the essence of the place with accurate but lively drawing. His portraits capture the personality of the person in the picture.

Ian’s work has been described as “more real than a photo”.
