Watching Windrows is an expressive abstract painting inspired by a trip to Tintagel in North Cornwall.
Acrylic on cradled board
Have you ever wondered what the curved lines are in the sea? They are called windrows, not windows although that could be quite magical too. This painting was inspired by a recent trip to Tintagel, North Cornwall. This painting is easy to hang as it is on cradled board and can be hung without framing for a contemporary look. However, it sits well in a simple frame too. It is quite a meditative piece with beautiful colours in slate, rich brown, pink and blue. Lynn works from her studio in Frome, you are welcome to view this painting at her studio.
