The flat moorlands in Somerset allow plenty of opportunity to catch the sun setting behind rows of willow trees, and often across floodwater as well. This painting shows a low light level, with most trees silhouetted against the radiant streaks of a yellow and orange sunset. In the foreground are fluffy reed heads rising up from a nearby rhyne, and forming a lower border to the picture.
The work will be packed flat and protected between rigid boards and protective paper. Price includes delivery within the UK.
