Original soft pastel painting on artist-quality Pastelmat card, measuring 35 x 25cm approx (14×10 inches). Unframed. The great mound of Bossington Hill is very prominent from the flat-lands approaching Porlock, in Somerset. In this view, it is seen as a more distant destination for the summertime path that leads from the outskirts of Porlock towards Bossington village itself. The focus here is on summer grasses, sparkling seedheads and breezy trees bordering the walk.
The work will be protected with glassine paper and placed between rigid taped boards prior to final packing, to prevent slippage during transit. Price includes UK delivery.
